About us

The Health Mapping Clinic is here to help you be well. Feel better today. Live longer tomorrow.

At The Health Mapping Clinic, we believe you have two choices: wait to get ill — or choose to be well. We work with people who take their health seriously and want to be proactive, not reactive.

If there are conditions in your family you want to avoid — or if you simply want to be healthier, look better, feel more energised, and stay younger for longer — we’re here to help you make that happen. Our team focuses on preventing — or at the very least, delaying — the common diseases that shorten life and steal quality of life.

Through expert guidance on sleep, nutrition, exercise, and (when appropriate) medication or hormone support, we help you take control of the biggest levers that impact long-term health.
We combine cutting-edge testing (genetics, bloods, scans) with personalised coaching to build a plan that works for you. Then, we help you turn that plan into simple, automatic daily habits that last a lifetime.

Whether you’re looking to boost energy, avoid disease, or maximise longevity, we help you take control of your health — with expert support every step of the way.

At The Health Mapping Clinic, we believe you can either wait to get ill or you can Be Well. We work with customers who take their health seriously and want to be proactive rather than reactive.

Our philosophy

Frequently
asked questions

  • We offer a mix of both. Some parts of the Health Mapping process — like blood tests, scans, and certain physical assessments — are done in person. But many of your appointments and check-ins can happen online. If you're not based near our London clinic, we can often arrange for tests to be done closer to you.

  • Your journey starts with an initial assessment, and from there we design a bespoke programme tailored to your goals. Our full Health Mapping programme runs for 12 months and starts from £900 per month. This gives us the time to not only help you hit your health goals — but to build the lasting habits that keep you on track for years to come.

After your first year, you can choose to join our ongoing maintenance plan for routine monitoring and follow-up testing to keep you on track.

  • Yes. We’re here to optimise your long-term health, not to replace your GP.

You’ll still need your GP for things like infections, rashes, your regular prescriptions, or any urgent day-to-day health issues. We’ll collaborate when needed, but our focus is on prevention, longevity, and helping you thrive — not emergency or acute care.

  • There’s no perfect age to start paying attention to your health, but earlier is always better. It’s also never too late to start.

We work with people in their 30s through to their 80s. Whether you want to avoid a family condition, boost your energy, or simply stay sharp and strong as you age — the best time to start is now.

  • Everything you need to feel better today and live longer tomorrow.

That includes in-depth screening, targeted prescriptions (if needed), personalised nutrition planning, exercise and sleep strategies, stress and recovery coaching — all tailored to your body, your data, and your goals.

  • You’ll have an entire team supporting you. This includes doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists, health coaches, exercise specialists, and a dedicated customer success coordinator to make sure everything runs smoothly.

  • Because we have limited spaces and a high level of demand, we don’t offer refunds once your enrolment is confirmed.

This helps us protect the experience and commits us to making sure you feel supported and well looked after throughout your journey.

  • We don’t work with insurance providers.

This is a deliberate choice. It allows us to focus entirely on personalised care without the restrictions or limitations that often come with insurance-related restrictions.
